Founded in 2012 by\u00a0<\/span>Catalina Castillo y Miguel Llanos<\/b>, APU SAS<\/strong> guarantees an artisanal production process with strict quality standards, social and environmental responsibility, and traceability from the\u00a0<\/span>El Carmelo Ranch (Teruel, Huila)<\/b>, located at 1,700 meters above sea level.<\/span><\/div>

For the purposes of quality control and technical processes, the company has the\u00a0<\/span>Delf\u00edn Llanos Thresher and Roaster<\/b>, a technical facility responsible for ensuring the quality of the grain prior to distribution.
